OUR SERVICES
SKILLED NURSING CARE
After a medical event, some individuals require additional assistance before returning home. Whether recovering from surgery, a stroke, a fall, or another other health condition, ANRC provides skilled nursing services for a wide range of medical issues. ANRC offers 24-7 nursing care, with onsite treatments including wound care, IV antibiotics, medication management, and dietetic management with an in-house dietician. ANRC focuses on promoting care that helps individuals obtain their highest quality of life and assists with the transition back home or to the next appropriate care environment.
SKILLED REHAB SERVICES
ANRC offers in-house physical, occupational, and speech/swallow therapy services in individual and group treatment settings. Family members are encouraged to provide moral support, observe therapy sessions, discuss goals and progress, and plan for discharge with ANRC staff. By utilizing functional approaches, the therapy team provides the opportunity to gain more control over personal health and achieve peak performance in daily living.
ADVANCED WOUND CARE MANAGEMENT
ANRC offers onsite wound care management and treatment plans. Our team of wound care specialists coordinate care with contracted wound care experts to manage the progression of the wound healing process.
IV ANTIBIOTICS
In cases where individuals require IV antibiotic therapy, our skilled team of nurses specialize in IV antibiotic administration and management to promote optimal care outcomes.
LONG TERM CARE & RESPITE CARE
When an individual can no longer care for themselves at home, Long Term Care may be appropriate. ANRC offers long-term care services including 24-7 nursing care, social activities, case management services, rehabilitation and well balanced, nutritious meals. ANRC’s goal is to help residents maintain their highest practicable level of function for independence while addressing their individual needs.
Respite care provides caregivers the time off from their responsibilities of caring for a loved one at home. Whether for a long weekend or for a few weeks, ANRC can offer you “Peace of Mind” knowing your loved one is in a safe and home-like healthcare environment.
HOSPICE CARE & PALLIATIVE CARE
ANRC offers supportive services to individuals who are in the latter stages of their life cycle. We partner with most Hawaii hospice agencies as hospice personnel work in tandem with ANRC staff to provide support services for individuals and families under hospice care.
SOCIAL SERVICES
Our experienced social services team provides support and assistance to residents and families. The team aims to facilitate a smooth transition back home and provides resources to encourage a safe discharge plan. For our long-term residents, the team supports and helps to promote the “safety, comforts and pleasures of home” at ANRC.
THERAPEUTIC RECREATION
ANRC provides a wide range of therapeutic activities for all residents. The goal of the therapeutic recreation department is to promote socialization while stimulating the mind and body. The team incorporates a resident's individualized needs when developing fun and exciting recreational activities.
