Adult Day Wellness (ADW) is a licensed adult day care program located at Aloha Nursing & Rehab Center (ANRC). This program provides exercise and recreational therapy, as well as social, educational and cultural activities

Fees:

             Application Fee:   $25.00
        Deposit: $100.00 Monthly Tuition Rate
Flat Rate of $1250 per month
        Extended Hours Available
        (Must be scheduled in advance)

during the day in a supervised environment. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (extended hours are available upon request)

Our Mission is to enhance the quality of life of elders living in the community by providing a structured, therapeutic environment, and to promote overall wellness.

Criteria for admission:

        √     Able to ambulate, propel wheelchair and/or transfer with minimal assistance.
        √     Able to feed self and/or requires minimal assistance.
        √     Continent and/or able to follow a toileting schedule with cueing.
        √     Non-combative behavior.
        √     Does not wander (does not try to leave the premises on a regular basis)

Types of Services:

        √     Exercise and Recreational Therapy.
        √     Meals - Breakfast, Lunch and Snack.
        √     Cultural Activities and Excursions.
        √     Social Services Assistance.
        √     Rehab Services (Physical, Occupational, Speech Therapy, when ordered by physician)
        √     Showers and Beautician Services (separate amenities charge)
