Adult Day Wellness (ADW) is a licensed adult day care program located at ANRC. This program provides exercise and recreational therapy, as well as social, educational and cultural activities during the day in a supervised environment. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm (extended hours are available upon request).

Our Mission is to enhance the quality of life of elders living in the community by providing a structured, therapeutic environment, promoting overall wellness.

Criteria for Admission:

• Able to ambulate, propel wheelchair and/or transfer with minimal assistance
• Able to feed self and/or requires minimal assistance
• Continent and/or able to follow a toileting schedule with cueing
• Non-combative behavior
• Does not wander (does not try to leave the premises on a regular basis)

Types of Services:

• Exercise
• Cultural activities and excursions 3 to 4 times weekly
• Cultural activities and excursions
• Social Services assistance
• Rehab Services (physical, occupational, speech therapy when ordered by physician)
• Showers and beautician services (separate amenities charge)

Fees:

• Application Fee $25.00
• Deposit $100.00
Monthly Tuition Rate $1,200 per month
• Extended Hours $15 per 1/2 hour
• (Early drop off between 7:00am-7:30am)
• (Late pickup between 5:00pm-5:30pm)
• Early drop off & Late pickup: Must be scheduled in advance
